Hideaway Installation. Nobody wants to see unsightly cords anywhere especially in your bathroom where serene cleanliness is most appreciated. The Serenity A8 comes fitted with both a slim power cord as well as an extra slim water supply hose. The A8 Serenity cord is designed to line up along the baseline of the unit either to the left or right: your choice. The power cord is centered in the back to give you the freedom to swing the cord to either side. The built-in clips keep the cord snug against the unit to keep things looking fitted and clean.

Toilet Seat Measurements Guide, Elongated vs. Round Elongated seat is oval shaped seats which is about 2" longer than a round bowl and often found to be more comfortable but in small bathroom, a round bowl can save space.

 

Toilet Type Guide, 1PC vs. 2PC One piece toilet has the toilet housed in one complete unit where two piece toilets has a separate bowl and tank. Offered Bio Bidet seat models are designed to fit all 2 piece toilets and most of 1 piece toilets. Only exception will be rare types of one piece toilets with severe French curves where toilet tank connects to the base of toilet such as type C below. Seats will fit on both A and B but NOT C.

Free Standard shipping via UPS Ground or USPS is included with all orders delivered to the contiguous 48 United States. Your order will be processed with in 1-2 business days. Return/Exchange

We accept returns on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date.  Returns must be initiated by the customer and require an RMA number issued by EverFlow Bidets Customer Support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bidet seats and integrated units that have been installed and used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. Read EverFlow Bidets' Return Policy.
