Toilet Seat Measurements Guide, Elongated vs. Round Elongated seat is oval shaped seats which is about 2" longer than a round bowl and often found to be more comfortable but in small bathroom, a round bowl can save space.

Toilet Type Guide, 1PC vs. 2PC One piece toilet has the toilet housed in one complete unit where two piece toilets has a separate bowl and tank. Offered Bio Bidet seat models are designed to fit all 2 piece toilets and most of 1 piece toilets. Only exception will be rare types of one piece toilets with severe French curves where toilet tank connects to the base of toilet such as type C below. Seats will fit on both A and B but NOT C.

Return/Exchange

We accept returns on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be initiated by the customer and require an RMA number issued by EverFlow Bidets Customer Support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Better than Expected!

Shared by Bio Bidet. Just bought two of these and are better than expected! Was skeptical when my husband wanted to purchase but kept an open mind and I'm glad I did! Had our electrician install the outlet ahead of time so the install was easy and it's super easy to use!

Much, Much, Much Better than Competitor Bidet

I bought the Special Edition to replace another company's bidet seat that failed in just one year - water leaked and then stopped working and the feet the toilet seat sits on failed miserably.

WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE THIS BIO BIDET IS! i SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS FIRST INSTEAD OF WASTING MY MONEY ON A COMPETITORS BIDET! Lessons learned there.

Now I don't feel like I wasted my money unlike the other one I bought. It was real simple to install. I do have a 3/8" Shut Off T Valve at the end of my 1/2" pex pipe and I had another 3/8" Shut Off Valve leading to the Bidet, so I had to use a different hose. I wanted 2 shut offs - 1 for the Bidet and 1 for the toilet. Aside from my shut off valve preferences, everything I needed was in the box. It started up right away after plugging it in, without any issues. The seat position is ergonomically designed for better BM and the nozzel hits the spot(s) properly each and every time. It has excellent features on the wireless remote and basoc ones n the side of the seat. I REALLY LOVE the heated water and dryer features. I like the preset User functions I programmed in. The Manual could use a few more steps about programming a User function number. Up front it is expensive but in the long run it pays itself off! Shared by Bio Bidet.

I bought this Bidet Toilet Seat was unsure about the installation presses. As it turns out peace of cake all the parts were included 30 min install very nice. Thinking about getting a second one for the spare bathroom. Shared by Bio Bidet.

Exceptional Service

Shared by Bio Bidet. We bought the bidet seat from a big box store and had it for almost 2-1/2 years before we ran into a problem (the slow-close hinge broke). I figured that I would have to order new parts as typically a warranty on something like this is a year or two at most. I ordered the part I thought I needed, but for some reason, a similar but different part came, so I contacted the company directly. I had the pleasure of working with Lyndsey, who went out of her way to ensure that I received the correct part, and then refunded my initial purchase price because the device is still under warranty. She also went over things in detail and determined that I would need one other part, so she made sure that this was also sent out. Through the entire process, she was polite, helpful, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this product, not just because of the device itself, but because the company (or at least Lyndsey) were willing to stand behind the product.
