TOTO Washlet S7A is the new flagship bidet seat from the global industry leading brand TOTO. Replacing the previous S550e model, the S7A comes with a facelift and a few added features. Available in round and elongated size, the TOTO S7A WASHLET comes in both Cotton White and Sedona Beige colors. The TOTO Washlet S7A is different from the S7 in that it offers automatic opening/closing seat and lid. They are otherwise identical.

S7A and S7 are compatible with both traditional and WASHLET+ toilet bowls
Updated Design
The TOTO Washlet S7A comes in 2 lid designs, contemporary (SW4736) and classic (SW4734). Both come in Cotton White#01 or Sedona Beige#12. The contemporary lid design is more rounded and has a seamless look to match most modern toilet bowls. The classic lid has a beveled edge making it more in line with traditional styles. At just 4.1" in rear height, the TOTO S7 is one of the slimmest bidet seats on the market today. A nice update on the Washlet S7A is that TOTO figured out a way to make the seat seamless. This eliminates the gap where dirt has a habit of collecting.
Updated Remote Control
The TOTO S7A remote control now utilizes a horizontal layout with larger main buttons. The main functional buttons in front are backlit for easier use at night. TOTO increased the number of User Pre-sets from 2 to 4. That’s a really nice update for families.

The TOTO® T20/T40 WASHLET®+ and Auto Flush Ready S7A Round and Elongated Bidet Toilet Seat with EWATER+® and Auto Open and Close Contemporary Lid is an electronic luxury seat that cleanses you with endless warm water, providing an exceptionally clean feeling.
Instead of traditional toilet paper that can sometimes be rough and often ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button.
When paired with a compatible TOTO WASHLET+ toilet, the T20/T40 WASHLET+ is designed to conceal the WASHLET bidet seat's power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation.
The WASHLET features TOTO's technologically advanced EWATER+ system that mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean.
With the optional Auto Flush feature, there’s no need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush. The Auto Flush option is only available with WASHLET+ systems.
WASHLET S7A is operated by a luxury style illuminated touch button remote with 4 user memory to save preferred settings. The WASHLET features 5 spray settings, auto open and close lid, auto flush compatibility (kit sold separately), heated seat, a nightlight, and instantaneous water heating. The newly redesigned lid style resides flush with the toilet bowl, providing a streamline look and giving the impression of an integrated system.
The WASHLET reduces the need for toilet paper, saving trees and water used to manufacture each roll. Medical conditions, age, and debilitating illnesses can make using the bathroom without assistance almost impossible; but with a WASHLET, just the touch of a button can leave you feeling clean.

Return/Exchange
We accept returns on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be initiated by the customer and require an RMA number issued by EverFlow Bidets Customer Support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bidet seats and integrated units that have been installed and used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. Read EverFlow Bidets' Return Policy.

Have had a 350E (2 generations old) for 12 years. Very satisfied with it. Recently it had a leak in the back section where all of the parts are. Decided replacement was better than repair. The S7A has many improvements. All of the functions work much better. The old one was noisy especially noticeable at night. This one is dead quiet. The only slight negative is the remote control additional functions are not common sense to program. You need the manual. One other issue, the replacement for the odor filter does not seem to be available yet. Not a big deal at this time since my experience has been at least 3 year replacement cycle. The manual does not acknowledge that this filter even exists. This has been that way for all of the previous models. The part they say to clean is just a lint filter that never needs replacing. The actual odor filter is charcoal filled.

We contacted Neal to help us with a problem when we realized we had purchased the wrong seats. We had made the purchase many months before so the return date had expired. After a few discussions Neal had worked out a solution where we were able to return the seats we had purchased, with credit, in return for purchasing two new toilets. Neal could have said “I’m sorry but the return date has long expired” but he didn’t do that. He took the initiative to create a deal that resolved our problem and created a sale for two toilets with the proper seats.
