EverFlow Bidets Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer FREE shipping for all orders delivered to the contiguous 48 United States!  For us to continue offering the best prices on the internet, we have developed the following shipping process and policies:

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. After we confirm your item(s) are available, we will charge your credit card and process the order for shipment.  If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to discuss the expected time of arrival or what substitutes are currently available.  You may cancel your order at that time.

Order Shipment: After order processing is complete, standard shipping may take between 3-5 business days for delivery.  Orders are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS from our fulfillment centers located throughout the United States.  Some large and/or heavy items, like integrated toilets, may ship via common carriers or other methods. We offer expedited delivery on most items for an additional charge. In some cases, we may need a signature at time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive your shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to our warehouse based on our Returns Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: EverFlow Bidets cannot be responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses.  EverFlow Bidets does not ship direct to PO boxes of any kind as these locations do not have adequate means for delivery, storage, or pickup.

Order Tracking: EverFlow Bidets will send an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don't receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customercare@everflowbidets.com

Delivery Delays: Although we do our best to ensure the fastest delivery, EverFlow Bidets cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by delivery carrier service interruptions due to the pandemic, inclement weather, or natural disasters. 

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your order is damaged, please send photos to customercare@everflowbidets.com and we will work with you to make it right.  If your item(s) is/are larger or heaver (integrated toilets for example) that are shipped by a carrier other than UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS and you notice damage, do not accept delivery, and contact us right away to discuss options.

Cancellations: All orders cancelled before delivery are subject to a $40 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, but has not been delivered, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. The refund will be credited within 48 hours after the items have arrived back at the warehouse in its original packaging.
