If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund based on the following:
- You must notify us of your intent to return by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 877-661-7773 within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in new, unopened, and resalable condition.
- If the return is due to an error made by us, we will take full responsibility and cover the cost of returning the item and/or replacing the item that was damaged during shipping provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc.
- If you notice fitting issues after receiving your bidet, please call us immediately and we will help you resolve the issue. If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size/have fitment issues, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase price minus the original shipping cost, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. Returned items that are not received in “as-new” condition may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, as well as additional charges where applicable.
- Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected. Units being returned must be fully insured and sent via UPS or FedEx with shipping prepaid. We will not accept COD returns. If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
- Due to the hygienic nature of bidet seats, bidet attachments and integrated toilets, we cannot accept any unit that has been installed or used.
- To start a return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org call us at 877-661-7773 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- When submitting your request, please include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll happily issue an RMA for qualified returns and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Ship the package. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers, you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier. UPS/FedEx location or allow them to pick it from your doorstep (additional charges may apply for door pick up and they will only make 3 attempts to pick the item(s) up).
- Please provide us the tracking number.
- Refused packages, returns shipped back without an RMA number, and returns sent to the wrong warehouse location are subject to a 25% restocking fee or denied refunds. We operate from different warehouses so please make sure to only send returns back to the warehouse listed in the RMA as other facilities do not process returns.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds will only be given to qualifying returns with a valid RMA.
- Once the package has been received by the manufacturer and confirmed the item(s) are undamaged and returned, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You should see the credit within 10 business days.
