The simplest way into a TOTO WASHLET.
The A2 takes a deliberately pared-back approach to bidet cleansing. It gives you the essentials — warm water washing and a heated seat — at the lowest price TOTO offers, without the automated bowl-cleaning technology found on the C-series and S-series models. If you want TOTO build quality and don't need the extras, this is the one.

Warm water cleansing
The A2 delivers a gentle aerated, warm water dual-action spray with a cycling oscillation feature, offering front and rear wash modes. Water temperature and volume are both adjustable, so you can set the wash to your own preference. A tank-type water heater supplies enough warm water for a standard cleaning cycle.
A heated seat, adjustable to your comfort
The contoured seat is heated with adjustable temperature control, which makes a genuine difference in winter. The SoftClose seat and lid lower quietly rather than dropping.
Controls on the seat
The A2 uses a side arm control panel with illuminated buttons rather than a wireless remote. The buttons are easy to read in low light. If reaching and turning are difficult for you, we'd point you toward a remote-controlled model instead — give us a call and we'll help you compare.
Easy to install and easy to clean
Installation is a straightforward do-it-yourself job on most standard elongated toilets, using your existing water supply. The docking station with quick-release lets you take the seat off in seconds for cleaning underneath.

Please also note:
- The A2 is not WASHLET+ compatible — do not attempt to route the hose or cord through the top of a WASHLET+ toilet bowl.
- The A2 may not fit certain toilet bowl designs. If you're unsure, call us before ordering and we'll check.
- The A2 does not include a warm air dryer, deodorizer, nightlight or wireless remote. If you want those features, look at the TOTO S5 or the Bio Bidet BB-1000.
Warranty: Because we are a TOTO Authorized Dealer, you are entitled to their standard 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Installation cost and avilability
Hi Malathi, we have the A2 in stock and ready to ship. The bidet seat is very easy to install so you may not need to pay anyone to install it.

The bidet seat requires electricity to heat the water, seat, wash functions, etc. Without electricity.....it's back to the stone age.

I want to take time to share my experience with Neal, the owner of EverFlow Bidets. I was looking for a Toto toilet that is currently on back order and the remaining piece needed for my bathroom renovation. I had previously purchased the toilet but found out it would not be available to ship until late August. I called around frantically knowing this important detail would create a serious delay to my bathroom renovation. I called all the authorized vendors on the Toto website and had lost hope after all of them told me the same August date. Last call was to EverFlow, I almost hung up and then a friendly voice answered, it was Neal, the owner. I explained the situation and he immediately started to ask questions to figure out options for my dilemma. He asked me to take additional measurements and we concluded what was in stock wouldn’t work. He told me he’d call me back and he did, several times as he shared his strategy for making this happen with minimal additional cost for me. In the end, he charged me the stated price for the toilet, free shipping and only asked for my future business. I told Neal I had to provide a stellar review for his business, not because I found the elusive toilet, but because the experience was so honest and genuine I almost didn’t believe it was true. Neal, as the owner made time to see my request through. He didn’t have to, but he did and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. We only spoke on the phone but his energy was kind and pure. Please support this business. We accept so much from large corporations to the point we have collectively forgotten what it feels like to be valued as a customer. Neal reminded me how that feels, so glad I found EverFlow Bidets!

My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!
