TOTO s7a remote 25021802689k I just installed the auto flush kit but my TOTO S7A remote is missing the clip-on that has the flush icons on it to press the button below it. The clip is blank. Is there any way to buy the little clip that has the flush icons on it. Thanks for any help. it may be part # THU6771
So hear's the bad news...they were in the box with the auto-flush components. The good news is, there are other people who also throw the buttons away... If it's for a Single Flush toilet it is Part: THU6772. A Double Flush toilet uses Part: THU6771.

I recently purchased the Toto Washlet Bidet with the wall mount battery operated settings control module. Unfortunately I threw away my user manual and now I have a problem. The problem is the energy saving settings I simply cannot figure out. If I touch the "leaf" icon, or the 6 & 9 all of these adjustments have the bidet activated in the afternoon when no one is home. I want this active from 5am to 11am. How is this done? The unit is not defective
Thank you for reaching out! The TOTO S7A WASHLET has an "Auto" or energy-saving mode that can be configured to activate the heated seat and other features only during certain hours. To set a schedule, you would use the wireless remote control. Look for the "Energy Saving" or clock/timer setting on the remote — this allows you to set active hours (such as 5am–11am) when the bidet features will be on, and the unit will go into power-saving mode at other times. If you no longer have the user manual, you can find a digital copy on TOTO's website. My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
