Does this toilet require a rubber boot for installation
The TOTO Drake two-piece toilet does not require any special rubber boot to install. It connects to a standard 12-inch rough-in floor flange using a wax ring or wax-free gasket (sold separately), and the tank-to-bowl gasket, bolts, and mounting hardware are included in the box. The S5 WASHLET then mounts to the bowl and plugs into a nearby GFCI outlet.

Can this be installed on a kohler elevated seat?
The TOTO WASHLET S5 mounts directly onto the toilet bowl using a universal mounting plate that fits standard two-bolt elongated bowls with 5.5-inch bolt spacing, including most Kohler elongated models. It replaces your existing seat and is not designed to attach on top of an aftermarket raised/elevated seat riser. Confirm your Kohler bowl is elongated with standard bolt spacing before ordering.

What color is the night light ?
The TOTO WASHLET S5's nightlight is a soft blue glow that gently illuminates the bowl in the dark. It turns on automatically in low light and shuts off on its own once the room is bright again, so you can find the toilet at night without switching on the overhead light.

What TOTO color would match BISCUIT toilet?
To match a Biscuit toilet, choose the TOTO WASHLET S5 in Sedona Beige (#12) — TOTO's closest match to Kohler Biscuit and American Standard Linen. TOTO's Cotton White (#01) is a true white and will read too bright next to Biscuit. Because off-white tones shift under different lighting, compare a swatch against your toilet before finalizing.

Does a Toto bidet fit properly on a Kohler toilet?
Toto bidet seats (Washlet) fit most standard, two-piece Kohler toilets, but fitment depends heavily on the specific toilet model's shape (elongated or round) and the space between the seat bolts and the tank. While many install successfully with minor adjustments, some Kohler models with "French curve" designs or tight, one-piece tanks may have compatibility issues. You're welcome to contact us at

we bought TOTO Washlet toilet/bidet with remote control. Bidet stopped responding to remote control. What can be done to fix it?
First thing I'd do is replace the batteries in the remote. If that doesn't work, I'd turn the bidet off and back on by unplugging and plugging the electrical cord. If the remote is stil not working, you should contact TOTO at 888-295-8134 and press option 4 for tech support.

Is it as easy to install —I have a small bathroom and a standard Toto toilet. Not a very handy fixer upper.
It is easy to install. If you can attach 2 hoses together, you can do it. Don't forget, you need to plug in the seat to a GFI circut. You're welcome to call me to discuss (720-388-1349)

My bidet came broken with a piece under the seat chipped and it doesn’t work. Please advise how to get a replacement or refund

My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
