The TOTO Washlet S7A is the new flagship bidet seat from the global industry-leading brand TOTO. Replacing the previous S550e model, the S7A includes a refined design and several new features. It’s available in round or elongated sizes. Choose from Cotton White or Sedona Beige finishes. The S7A differs from the S7 by adding automatic opening and closing of the seat and lid. Otherwise, they are identical.

Updated Design
The S7A is available in two lid designs: contemporary (SW4736) and classic (SW4734). Both come in Cotton White or Sedona Beige. The contemporary style offers a rounded, seamless look that complements modern toilets. The classic lid has a beveled edge for a traditional touch. At only 4.1" tall in the rear, the S7A is one of the slimmest bidet seats on the market. TOTO also made the seat seamless to prevent dirt from collecting in gaps.
Updated Remote Control
The redesigned remote has a horizontal layout with larger, illuminated buttons for easier use at night. TOTO increased the number of user presets from two to four—perfect for families.
About the S7A
The TOTO T20/T40 WASHLET+ Auto Flush Ready S7A is an electronic luxury bidet seat that provides endless warm water cleansing for exceptional comfort. It replaces traditional toilet paper with soothing, effective water cleaning at the touch of a button.
When paired with a compatible WASHLET+ toilet, the design conceals the power cord and water hose for a seamless installation. The S7A features TOTO’s advanced EWATER+ system, which automatically mists the wand and bowl to reduce the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. PREMIST wets the bowl before each use, helping waste rinse away more easily.
The optional Auto Flush feature eliminates the need to touch buttons or handles. It’s available when installed with compatible WASHLET+ systems. The illuminated remote includes four customizable user profiles for personalized comfort. Features include five spray modes, auto open and close lid, optional auto flush, heated seat, nightlight, and instant water heating. The lid’s slim profile sits flush with the toilet bowl, creating a clean, integrated look.
The WASHLET reduces toilet paper use, helping save trees and water. It also provides independence and comfort for those with limited mobility. Each unit includes all necessary mounting and connection hardware. WASHLET+ Ready models are designed for seamless pairing with TOTO T20/T40 toilets but also install easily on most standard elongated toilets.

My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

We have not installed the bidet seat since our apartment is currently under construction but I must say how ordering was smooth and customer service answered all my questions. I look forward to using this bidet seat!

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
It's quiet and easy to use.
Delivery time for my Toto G5A was as promised, no delays. Deliverymen left the G5a in my driveway and did not advise me in advance when the delivery will be made.
It took a while for my contractors to be ready to install the G5A. I would caution DIYers, that this is not a simple installation and unless you really know what you are doing, leave it to the professionals.
I am now using the G5A and appreciate its compactness and relative ease of use. The machine is loaded with options so it is a good idea to read the manual prior to use.
I consider this to be a good purchase.
