Will this fit on a TOTO 1.6Gpf/6.0Lpf toilet? What is the next level Washlet model or other options? Can it be returned if fitting does not work? Thank you.

The TOTO WASHLET KC2 bidet toilet seat is compatible with most TOTO elongated toilet bowls — the 1.6Gpf/6.0Lpf flush rating of your toilet does not affect bidet seat compatibility, as the seat fits based on bowl shape (elongated), not flush volume. The next level up from the KC2 would be the TOTO S5, S2, or other WASHLET models which offer additional features like oscillating/pulsating spray, heated seat with more temperature settings, and an air deodorizer. I am interested in getting a Toto bidet seat for a toilet with the seat dimensions 14 1/2" x 17". Would the round work best, although it is somewhat elongated. Thanks!
Thank you for your interest! With seat dimensions of 14 1/2" x 17", your toilet bowl falls in an in-between range. Standard round bowls are typically about 16.5" long, while elongated bowls are about 18.5". At 17", your toilet is slightly longer than a standard round but shorter than a typical elongated. In this case, we would recommend the round version (SW3023#01) for the best fit, as the elongated seat may overhang the front of your bowl. However, to be sure, we strongly recommend calling us at 720-388-1349 (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm Eastern) so we can help you confirm the right size for your specific toilet. Hi. We are looking at Toto bidet seats for our toilets and wondering if the round Toto bidet seat would fit over our American Standard toilet bowl. Would appreciate some help in figuring this out.
Chances are it will. Looking for a round seat does limit your options but I feel confident we can find the right seat for your current toilet.

I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
It's quiet and easy to use.
Delivery time for my Toto G5A was as promised, no delays. Deliverymen left the G5a in my driveway and did not advise me in advance when the delivery will be made.
It took a while for my contractors to be ready to install the G5A. I would caution DIYers, that this is not a simple installation and unless you really know what you are doing, leave it to the professionals.
I am now using the G5A and appreciate its compactness and relative ease of use. The machine is loaded with options so it is a good idea to read the manual prior to use.
