Toilet Seat Measurements Guide, Elongated vs. Round Elongated seat is oval shaped seats which is about 2" longer than a round bowl and often found to be more comfortable but in small bathroom, a round bowl can save space.
Toilet Type Guide, 1PC vs. 2PC One piece toilet has the toilet housed in one complete unit where two piece toilets has a separate bowl and tank. Offered Bio Bidet seat models are designed to fit all 2 piece toilets and most of 1 piece toilets. Only exception will be rare types of one piece toilets with severe French curves where toilet tank connects to the base of toilet such as type C below. Seats will fit on both A and B but NOT C.

Will this Bidet seat fit the American Standard Mainstream Elongated 1-piece toilet?
The Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 is designed to fit most elongated toilet bowls, including many American Standard models. For the American Standard Mainstream Elongated 1-piece toilet, it should generally be compatible. However, we recommend checking two things: 1) The bolt spread on your toilet (the Bio Bidet BB-2000 fits a standard 5.5-inch bolt spread), and 2) The bowl shape is elongated (not round). If your toilet has a skirted design or a non-standard bolt placement, please contact us with your exact toilet model number and we can confirm compatibility before purchase!

My sister has a difficult time getting up off the toilet because she weighs approximately 250 pounds. For that reason, in addition to a raised toilet, she currently uses a raised toilet seat, approximately 5-6 inches thick. Does your bidet offer a raised seat of this height?
The short answer is no... There is only one raiser that I know of thjat has a built-in bidet and it's not a very good one. I have been able to find a raiser that you can attach a bidet seat on top of that seems to work very well. You're always welcome to call us to discuss.

Can I regulate the heat of the seat and the heat of the water?
Absolutely! You can adjust the temp of the seat and water.

Does the seat come with all the parts necessary for connecting/ like electric cord, the plumbing parts necessary to split the water going from the main line to the tank and to the bidet. And the extra hose necessary to connect. If not do you sell these items separately ?

What is the weight capacity of this "sittable" lid? Can it support the weight of a grown man? Search result for "sittable lid", but no specs on it.
Thank you for your question. While the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 may appear in search results for "sittable lid," we want to clarify that the lid on bidet seats is generally not designed or rated to support a person's full sitting weight. The lid is intended for covering the seat only, and sitting on it — especially for a grown adult — could damage the lid or the unit's internal components.
We do not have a specific weight rating for the lid of the BB-2000, and we strongly advise against sitting on it. If you need to sit on a closed lid surface, this product is not the right fit for that purpose. WILL THIS BIDET FIT ON A ONE PIECE SANTA ROSA FROM KOHLER TOILET
I just checked the specs on the Kohler site and am concerned about the french curve. Give me a call when you get a chance so we can discuss what you're looking for in a bidet seat. Then I can suggest other models that will fit a french curve.

My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.
I am absolutely delighted with my new Toto Washout Toilet Seat. It provides an experience that you just have to see for yourself. It wi change how you think about using the toilet! We have not installed the bidet seat since our apartment is currently under construction but I must say how ordering was smooth and customer service answered all my questions. I look forward to using this bidet seat!

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
It's quiet and easy to use.
Delivery time for my Toto G5A was as promised, no delays. Deliverymen left the G5a in my driveway and did not advise me in advance when the delivery will be made.
It took a while for my contractors to be ready to install the G5A. I would caution DIYers, that this is not a simple installation and unless you really know what you are doing, leave it to the professionals.
I am now using the G5A and appreciate its compactness and relative ease of use. The machine is loaded with options so it is a good idea to read the manual prior to use.
I consider this to be a good purchase.
