Duravit Authorized Dealer Warranty

Because we are an authorized Duravit dealer, the SensoWash® products you purchase from EverFlow Bidets are backed by Duravit's manufacturer warranty. Duravit warrants its SensoWash shower-toilet products to be free from defects in material, manufacturing, and construction under normal use.

3-Year SensoWash® Warranty

  • Duravit provides a 3-year warranty on SensoWash shower-toilet seats and integrated bidet toilets — SensoWash Arcova, Slim, Classic, Starck f, D-Neo, i, and u — measured from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage applies to defects in the material, manufacturing, and construction of the SensoWash unit and its components (accessories such as installation materials and descaling tablets are excluded).
  • The warranty period is not restarted or extended by repairs, replacement parts, or replacement of the product.
  • On integrated bidet toilets, the accompanying Duravit ceramic is covered separately under Duravit's Lifetime Warranty when registered.

Registration Required

To activate coverage, the product must be registered with Duravit within 90 days of purchase or installation. Registration requires your name and address, the purchase and installation dates, the installation location, the article/serial numbers, and a copy of your invoice. Once registered, Duravit issues a warranty certificate for you to print and keep. Register on the Duravit SensoWash Warranty Registration page, or by written request to sensowash-warranty@duravit.com.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, surface changes, limescale and deposits, and soiling that results from normal aging or cleaning.
  • Defects caused by improper installation, improper handling, negligence, misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized or uncoordinated repairs, or the use of non-original parts.
  • Damage due to force majeure (for example fire, flood, or other natural events).
  • Display or ex-display products.
  • Missing parts that are not reported within 30 days of receipt.
  • Lost time, inconvenience, and consequential or indirect damages.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Report any defect to Duravit in writing without delay, and within one month of discovering it. Include your contact details, the installation location, a copy of your warranty certificate, a description of the defect, and the contact information for your installer. At its discretion, Duravit will repair the defect, replace the affected part or product, or refund the purchase price against return of the product, and Duravit covers the associated installation and removal costs.

This is a personal, non-transferable warranty extended to the original purchaser. It does not limit any statutory rights you may have, which can vary from state to state.

If you have any questions about your Duravit warranty, please contact us — we're happy to help.
