PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The LUXE Bidet NEO 320 is a warm water bidet toilet attachment, equipped with dual wash nozzles, a mode knob, and a pressure control lever that is to easy to operate. During use, the nozzle extends below the guard gate and after use, the nozzle retracts into its housing. In addition, the NEO 320 features an innovative self-cleaning sanitary nozzle that rinses the nozzle with fresh or warm water. It also has a feminine wash mode for a more delicate spray.

I'm having my right shoulder replaced and need a left-sided mount. Can this be mounted on the left?
I'm sorry but I'm not aware of any left handed Attachments from a reputable manufacture. Once you start using a bidet, I don't think you will stop after your shoulder heals. You might want to consider a lower cost electric bidet seat with a remote. We'd be happy to help you find something within your budget.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
It's quiet and easy to use.
Delivery time for my Toto G5A was as promised, no delays. Deliverymen left the G5a in my driveway and did not advise me in advance when the delivery will be made.
It took a while for my contractors to be ready to install the G5A. I would caution DIYers, that this is not a simple installation and unless you really know what you are doing, leave it to the professionals.
I am now using the G5A and appreciate its compactness and relative ease of use. The machine is loaded with options so it is a good idea to read the manual prior to use.
I consider this to be a good purchase.

He made accommodations for delivery and payment. Customer service was stellar.
It is not ready for installation yet, so I am not ready for review of the equipment .
But I can say , it was a pleasure to speak with the owner when I was ordering the merchandise . Can’t say enough good impression of him , called me few times despite heavy schedule . Delivery also came on time as promised
