The WASHLET C5 (Elongated SW3084#01) or (Round SW3083#01), with PREMIST, is TOTO’s entry-level electric bidet seat that delivers ecology-minded luxury with a new streamlined design. Unlike traditional toilet paper that can often be rough and ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button.
Part of the newly redesigned C Series, the WASHLET C5 is fully automated, featuring a soft rear cleanse, and aerated feminine front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. Remote control operated with easy to read illuminated touch pad and 2 user memory to save preferred settings. TOTO’s patented PREMIST wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The TOTO C5 (Model SW3084#01 and SW3083#01) also utilizes TOTO's EWATER+ system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use.
The C5 WASHLET, in either (Elongated SW3084) or (Round SW3083), features an automatic air deodorizer, warm air dryer and heated seat with three variable temperature settings. The adjustable front and rear warm water washing has three temperature settings, five pressure settings and an oscillating stream option. The Soft Close function built into the lid and seat means no more slammed lids! This is all packaged in a new streamlined design that includes a convenient quick release for easy seat removal for better cleaning of the WASHLET C5 and toilet.

Is there a warranty on the TOTO SW3084#01 bidet toilet seat purchased from Amazon?
I'm not sure. When you buy from amazon, things get a little sketchy. You never know if you're buying from an authorized reseller, if it's new, broken or there are missing parts.

We initially purchased a toto seat. However we could not install the unit due to the french curve of our 1 piece Glacier Bay toilet. The back edges of the toto seat would hit the curve from tank to bowl, and not allow seat to engage into locking postion.
Frustrated we contacted Everflow Bidets. The customer service was above and beyond expectations. Not only did they help guide us. They did the research with the manufacturers and provided us with options. We went with Soft Spa and installation was a breeze due to its easy detailed instructions, and curved back edges. It has been installed now for 2 weeks and feel it was worth every penny.
Neal really took a great amount of time and caring so I could order the unit best for my house. He answered several questions I had and helped me adjust my order correctly. Have had a 350E (2 generations old) for 12 years. Very satisfied with it. Recently it had a leak in the back section where all of the parts are. Decided replacement was better than repair. The S7A has many improvements. All of the functions work much better. The old one was noisy especially noticeable at night. This one is dead quiet. The only slight negative is the remote control additional functions are not common sense to program. You need the manual. One other issue, the replacement for the odor filter does not seem to be available yet. Not a big deal at this time since my experience has been at least 3 year replacement cycle. The manual does not acknowledge that this filter even exists. This has been that way for all of the previous models. The part they say to clean is just a lint filter that never needs replacing. The actual odor filter is charcoal filled.
