The TOTO® Ultramax® WASHLET®+ S7A One-Piece Elongated 1.28 GPF Universal Height Toilet combines TOTO’s high-performance Ultramax® one-piece toilet with the advanced WASHLET®+ S7A bidet seat for a seamless, integrated design. The WaterSense® certified 1.28 GPF flush provides powerful performance while conserving water. The WaterSense® certification ensures water efficiency without sacrificing performance.
The Ultramax® toilet features TOTO’s powerful TORNADO FLUSH® system, which creates a centrifugal, swirling water flow that efficiently cleans the bowl. The CEFIONTECT® ceramic glaze creates an ultra-smooth surface that prevents buildup and makes cleaning easier. PREMIST® sprays the bowl with water before each use, further enhancing cleanliness.
The WASHLET®+ S7A bidet seat offers a luxurious personal cleansing experience with Auto Open/Close Lid, Heated Seat, Warm Air Dryer, Deodorizer, Night Light, and adjustable water temperature, pressure, and spray position. The EWATER+® system automatically mists the wand and toilet bowl, providing an extra layer of hygiene. An Auto Flush option is also available, providing hands-free flushing convenience.
This product is ADA compliant and meets Universal Height specifications for comfortable use. The one-piece design provides a sleek, easy-to-clean profile with a 12” rough-in.

I did a lot of research, settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. Had it about 6 months now- easy install, still tightly attached, no issues with operation at all. Delivered on time, too. Very happy with it!
The ToTo Washlet exceeds expectations. Reasonably priced, delivered as promised, clear directions, installs easily, and works effortlessly.
This bidet has made regular toilets a disappointment. It was super easy to install too with clear instructions and a good manual that talks about how to clean it safely since electronics are involved. Cleaning is also really easy. If you’re someone who has IBS (which was our households motivator for purchasing it), it’s helpful for flare ups and making them less awful by allowing easier cleanup. A side note: the heated seat is something you quickly get used to that you’ll notice the absence of immediately if you then go use a normal toilet.
The only thing we would’ve changed is it probably would’ve been better to get an elongated bidet and switch out our toilet completely. If you’re a bigger person (even from just sheer size), the elongated would probably be better as the round seat is noticeably smaller than a normal toilet’s round toilet seat.
Good delivery and working well
Our Toto KS6 was easy for me to install and provides all of the hoped for comfort and hygienic benefits. Toto remains the standard in washlets.
The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. Will absolutely buy from this company again!

The company said 2 days and I thought "no way". Was delivered in two days and my husband loves it too!
I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
