The WASHLET+ C5 (SW3084T40), with PREMIST, is TOTO’s entry-level electric bidet seat that delivers ecology-minded luxury with a new streamlined design. Unlike traditional toilet paper that can often be rough and ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button.
Part of the newly redesigned C Series, the WASHLET+ C5 is fully automated, featuring a soft rear cleanse, and aerated feminine front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. Remote control operated with easy to read illuminated touch pad and 2 user memory to save preferred settings. TOTO’s patented PREMIST wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The TOTO WASHLET+C5 (SW3074T40) also utilizes TOTO's EWATER+ system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use.
The C5 WASHLET+ features an automatic air deodorizer, warm air dryer and heated seat with three variable temperature settings. The adjustable front and rear warm water washing has three temperature settings, five pressure settings and an oscillating stream option. The Soft Close function built into the lid and seat means no more slammed lids! This is all packaged in a new streamlined design that includes a convenient quick release for easy seat removal for better cleaning of the WASHLET+ C5 and toilet.

TOTO’s WASHLET+ series has a concealed supply connection for a seamless installation and designed exclusively for use with TOTO’s T40 Washlet+ toilet models. Check the Manuals Specs for the list of Washlet+ compatible Toilets. They are not meant for use with non-TOTO Washlet+ T40 toilets.
Warranty: Because we are a TOTO Authorized Dealer, you are entitled to their standard 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Free Standard shipping via UPS Ground or USPS is included with all orders delivered to the contiguous 48 United States. Your order will be processed with in 1-2 business days. Return/Exchange
We accept returns on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be initiated by the customer and require an RMA number issued by EverFlow Bidets Customer Support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bidet seats and integrated units that have been installed and used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. Read EverFlow Bidets' Return Policy.

I want to take time to share my experience with Neal, the owner of EverFlow Bidets. I was looking for a Toto toilet that is currently on back order and the remaining piece needed for my bathroom renovation. I had previously purchased the toilet but found out it would not be available to ship until late August. I called around frantically knowing this important detail would create a serious delay to my bathroom renovation. I called all the authorized vendors on the Toto website and had lost hope after all of them told me the same August date. Last call was to EverFlow, I almost hung up and then a friendly voice answered, it was Neal, the owner. I explained the situation and he immediately started to ask questions to figure out options for my dilemma. He asked me to take additional measurements and we concluded what was in stock wouldn’t work. He made one final recommendation, he could reach out to his counterpart to see if they had the toilet in their shared warehouse. I was floored and wondered why he would try so hard to help me. He told me he’d call me back and he did, several times as he shared his strategy for making this happen with minimal additional cost for me. In the end, he charged me the stated price for the toilet, free shipping and only asked for my future business. I told Neal I had to provide a stellar review for his business, not because I found the elusive toilet, but because the experience was so honest and genuine I almost didn’t believe it was true. Neal, as the owner made time to see my request through. He didn’t have to, but he did and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. We only spoke on the phone but his energy was kind and pure. Please support this business. We accept so much from large corporations to the point we have collectively forgotten what it feels like to be valued as a customer. Neal reminded me how that feels, so glad I found EverFlow Bidets!

My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!
