TOTO NEOREST AS Dual Flush 1.0 or 0.8 GPF Toilet with Integrated Bidet Toilet Seat and EWATER+ is the pinnacle of bathroom technology and luxury. The TOTO NEOREST AS MS8551CUMFG's comfort features begin as soon as you approach. The seat automatically opens hands-free to welcome you in while the nightlight will illuminate your path in the dark.
An automatic PREMIST® spray wets the toilet bowl surface before each use while the CEFIONTECT® ceramic glazing minimizes waste from sticking to the bowl. The combination of the PREMIST® and the CEFIONTECT minimize the frequency of cleaning which helps reduce the amount of chemicals required to clean the toilet.
The heated seat has five seat-warming temperature settings that are especially useful during the cold of winter. An automatic air deodorizer activates to hide unpleasantries to create a more enjoyable experience. As your journey comes to a close, you can access the remote control and start the cleanse process.
You are in total control as you select a front cleanse, soft rear cleanse, rear cleanse, oscillating cleanse, pulsating cleanse, and customize the warmth and volume of the spray. You may also decide to select one of the four user memory settings to instantly dial in your preferences. The warm air dryer function has five temperature settings that can be used to reduce the moisture left behind after the cleaning process.
The automatic flush will begin as soon as you rise with the powerful flushing 1G TORNADO FLUSH® system, to whisk away all evidence. You can decide to utilize the 1 GPF flush for stronger jobs or the 0.8 GPF for lighter jobs. Designed with a backup manual flush override in case of power outages or if manual operation is needed. The automatic EWATER+® cleansing system mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. As the lid automatically closes, you can marvel at the beauty and technology behind the NEOREST
EWATER+ feature is an effective system for counteracting the microscopic build up of bacteria and gunk without the use of chemicals or cleaning agents. Its method is simple. EWATER+ Pre-mists the bowl with tap water 25 seconds after the unit has been used. This tap water that is released is electrolyzed by the TOTO WASHLET, transforming common chemicals in tap water to NaOCI, similar properties found in household bleaches.
This process adds no harmful chemicals to the water supply and the electrolyzed water in bowl returns to a normal state after two hours. This EWATER+ technology similarly treats the TOTO unit, leaving a clean and sanitized experience for the user.
Tornado Flush. The Tornado flush system is a powerful and innovative technology by TOTO. It works by creating a cyclonic rinse released from two 3” inch velocity release nozzles with siphon jet action. This powerful spin assures to flush away any waste or build up while only using one gallon of water per flush released from TOTO’s high velocity flush tower.
Auto Flush. TOTO Neorest LS is a beautiful luxury feature as well as a convenience. Never have the need to touch your toilets surface area anymore as the TOTO Neorest LS has you covered. The way it works is simple, your TOTO WASHLET's high-grade seat sensors sense when you rise from your seat then proceeds to flush. Convenience has never been made easier.
Auto Open/ Close Lid and Seat. The TOTO Neorest LS comes fully loaded with an auto opening/closing lid. This Auto Open/Close feature is one limited to very few brands out on the market and allows you to never have to touch your toilet’s surface again, all while providing a luxurious experience.
The way it works is through the WASHLET's sensors. The TOTO LS will sense when a user is within one foot of proximity and will rise. This feature can be adapted to make only the lid rise or both the seat and lid. When the user is done using the TOTO AH the sensors of the seat will sense when you stand from it then proceed to close and enter following function. The TOTO Neorest AH Auto Open/ Close feature can be controlled from the remote if you wish to not use the sensor Auto Open/ Close. You can also open the lid and seat manually if you wish to do so. What is the difference between the TOTO Neorest AS and the LS
Hi Randy, they are basically the same, except for the overall look. They both have the same Neorest components, functions, remote and warranty. I'm happy to schedule a quick call with you if you'd like to discuss further or have any questions about installing, etc.

Are there taller seat heights available? Is there a toilet bowl light?
Hi. The AS is 17 5/16 from the floor to the top of the seat. TOTO does not make a taller toilet. It does have a night light. You're welcome to give me a call to help find the right model. Neal (Owner)

I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!

Pardon the pun, but I love my Toto. Everything was well packed and shipped, arrived right on time and installed without incident. I did have to route electrical to a convenient spot, but it was totally worth it. An excellent purchase overall.

I want to take time to share my experience with Neal, the owner of EverFlow Bidets. I was looking for a Toto toilet that is currently on back order and the remaining piece needed for my bathroom renovation. I had previously purchased the toilet but found out it would not be available to ship until late August. I called around frantically knowing this important detail would create a serious delay to my bathroom renovation. I called all the authorized vendors on the Toto website and had lost hope after all of them told me the same August date. Last call was to EverFlow, I almost hung up and then a friendly voice answered, it was Neal, the owner.
