The WASHLET+ C5, SW3084T40#01, with PREMIST, is TOTO’s entry-level electric bidet seat that delivers ecology-minded luxury with a new streamlined design. Unlike traditional toilet paper that can often be rough and ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button.
The C5 WASHLET+ was discontinued. This model was replaced by the S5 Bidet Seat.

Part of the newly redesigned C Series, the WASHLET+ C5 is fully automated, featuring a soft rear cleanse, and aerated feminine front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. Remote control operated with easy to read illuminated touch pad and 2 user memory to save preferred settings. TOTO’s patented PREMIST wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The TOTO WASHLET+ C5 SW3084T40#01 also utilizes TOTO's EWATER+ system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use.
The C5 WASHLET+ features an automatic air deodorizer, warm air dryer and heated seat with three variable temperature settings. The adjustable front and rear warm water washing has three temperature settings, five pressure settings and an oscillating stream option. The Soft Close function built into the lid and seat means no more slammed lids! This is all packaged in a new streamlined design that includes a convenient quick release for easy seat removal for better cleaning of the WASHLET+ C5 and toilet.

TOTO’s WASHLET+ series has a concealed supply connection for a seamless installation and designed exclusively for use with TOTO’s T40 Washlet+ toilet models. Check the Manuals Specs for the list of Washlet+ compatible Toilets. They are not meant for use with non-TOTO Washlet+ T40 toilets.

Does this have to go on a Toto toilet?
A model number with T40 has to go on a TOTO Washlet+ toilet. If your toilet is not a Washlet+, you should order for Elongated SW3084#01or Round SW3083#01

Nice service, relatively easy to install (I was replacing a much older washlet so plumbing was already in place) and it works great.
Product hasn’t been installed yet as the work on my bathroom renovation continues but I am positively impressed with the service I have received from the company.
I ordered my bidet from overflow. The product had been discontinued, but after having a conversation with Neal, we were able to get a replacement ordered and delivered as originally scheduled. I think they went above and beyond normal service.
It's quiet and easy to use.
Delivery time for my Toto G5A was as promised, no delays. Deliverymen left the G5a in my driveway and did not advise me in advance when the delivery will be made.
It took a while for my contractors to be ready to install the G5A. I would caution DIYers, that this is not a simple installation and unless you really know what you are doing, leave it to the professionals.
I am now using the G5A and appreciate its compactness and relative ease of use. The machine is loaded with options so it is a good idea to read the manual prior to use.
I consider this to be a good purchase.
