PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The LUXE Bidet NEO 180 is a cold water mechanical bidet, equipped with dual wash nozzles, a mode knob, and a pressure control lever that is to easy to operate for those with limited wrist mobility. During use, the nozzle extends below the guard gate and after use, the nozzle retracts into its housing. In addition, the NEO 180 features an innovative self-cleaning sanitary nozzle that rinses the nozzle with fresh water. It also has a feminine wash mode for a more delicate spray.

Wonderful company.
We initially purchased a toto seat. However we could not install the unit due to the french curve of our 1 piece Glacier Bay toilet. The back edges of the toto seat would hit the curve from tank to bowl, and not allow seat to engage into locking postion.
Frustrated we contacted Everflow Bidets. The customer service was above and beyond expectations. Not only did they help guide us. They did the research with the manufacturers and provided us with options. We went with Soft Spa and installation was a breeze due to its easy detailed instructions, and curved back edges. It has been installed now for 2 weeks and feel it was worth every penny.
Neal really took a great amount of time and caring so I could order the unit best for my house. He answered several questions I had and helped me adjust my order correctly. I am extremely happy with my purchase, the price, and the quick delivery over the holidays. The install went very smoothly as a DIY. Thank you!

Have had a 350E (2 generations old) for 12 years. Very satisfied with it. Recently it had a leak in the back section where all of the parts are. Decided replacement was better than repair. The S7A has many improvements. All of the functions work much better. The old one was noisy especially noticeable at night. This one is dead quiet. The only slight negative is the remote control additional functions are not common sense to program. You need the manual. One other issue, the replacement for the odor filter does not seem to be available yet. Not a big deal at this time since my experience has been at least 3 year replacement cycle. The manual does not acknowledge that this filter even exists. This has been that way for all of the previous models. The part they say to clean is just a lint filter that never needs replacing. The actual odor filter is charcoal filled.
