Kudos to Neal and the EverFlow team. Neal was knowledgeable and patient in helping me to make a selection. Love the product and have already purchased several more for my children.

Have had a 350E (2 generations old) for 12 years. Very satisfied with it. Recently it had a leak in the back section where all of the parts are. Decided replacement was better than repair. The S7A has many improvements. All of the functions work much better. The old one was noisy especially noticeable at night. This one is dead quiet. The only slight negative is the remote control additional functions are not common sense to program. You need the manual. One other issue, the replacement for the odor filter does not seem to be available yet. Not a big deal at this time since my experience has been at least 3 year replacement cycle. The manual does not acknowledge that this filter even exists. This has been that way for all of the previous models. The part they say to clean is just a lint filter that never needs replacing. The actual odor filter is charcoal filled.

After a trip through Japan, I came home convinced I had to have a new throne. This fills the bill without breaking the bank. Ordered it and had it delivered and installed all in one week.

We contacted Neal to help us with a problem when we realized we had purchased the wrong seats. We had made the purchase many months before so the return date had expired. After a few discussions Neal had worked out a solution where we were able to return the seats we had purchased, with credit, in return for purchasing two new toilets. Neal could have said “I’m sorry but the return date has long expired” but he didn’t do that. He took the initiative to create a deal that resolved our problem and created a sale for two toilets with the proper seats.
Clearly Neal was focused on customer satisfaction and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend Neal and his team. They went over and above our expectations. Thank you Neal.

The toilet/bidet arrived by freight slightly behind schedule, but in perfect condition. It was packaged very well, not just on a pallet, but with protection all around the boxes. Zero concerns about it being broken on arrival the second I saw it.

Install instructions are a touch confusing, but as soon as the valve is located in the proper position, it is quite simple to install. Overall, very happy with both the bidet and EverFlow.

I love the bidet feature with warm water, oscillating wand with dual positions, and warm air for drying. Makes you feel clean and refreshed. Use minimal toilet paper, if any, so better for the environment too. Overall, a great purchase from a reliable company.

We've had a bidet seat for years and it finally gave out. We looked at all of the best bidets within our budget including the Bio Bidet 2000, TOTO C5 and Alpha JX and chose the Soft Spa 9500. We could not be happier. A happy butt makes me smile 😊.

Followed the easy Soft Spa installation instructions, double checked connections, turned water back on and was ready ‘to go.’ Pun intended.😊.
