The TOTO Auto Flush Kit is an easy to install upgrade for compatible WASHLET+ T40 toilets. This model is designed to work with 1.28 GPF WASHLET+ toilets only. When paired with the corresponding WASHLET+ toilet and Auto Flush WASHLET, the Auto Flush kit provides a hands-free automatic flush after every use. No need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush.

Like the title says, quick shipping, great product. The only drawback is that for my Toto toilet there is a plumbing extension needed to connect this seat and the information is not easy to find (finally found it on the original parts list of the toilet.)
I ordered the toilet on a Thursday and it was on my porch Saturday. I was totally amazed at the fast service.
Recieved a call from Neal that the unit I ordered was discontinued. Instead of ending it there, he sent me a newer version. Easy install, works perfectly.

We initially purchased a toto seat. However we could not install the unit due to the french curve of our 1 piece Glacier Bay toilet. The back edges of the toto seat would hit the curve from tank to bowl, and not allow seat to engage into locking postion.
Frustrated we contacted Everflow Bidets. The customer service was above and beyond expectations. Not only did they help guide us. They did the research with the manufacturers and provided us with options. We went with Soft Spa and installation was a breeze due to its easy detailed instructions, and curved back edges. It has been installed now for 2 weeks and feel it was worth every penny.
