The TOTO® NEOREST® NX2 is the ultimate in luxury bathroom fixtures—a fully integrated bidet toilet combining cutting-edge bidet technology with TOTO's innovative flushing system. The NEOREST NX2 features TOTO's powerful TORNADO FLUSH® system combined with dual-flush technology (1.0 GPF for normal use, 0.8 GPF for efficient water savings). CEFIONTECT® ceramic glaze creates an extraordinarily smooth surface that minimizes waste adhesion and keeps the bowl cleaner longer. PREMIST® automatically wets the bowl before use, and EWATER+® misting technology provides continuous sanitation without harsh chemicals. ACTILIGHT® UV light technology automatically cleans the toilet bowl and seat between uses.
This fully integrated bidet toilet includes advanced comfort and hygiene features such as a heated contoured seat with five temperature settings, oscillating and pulsating wash modes with adjustable spray pressure and position, warm air dryer, and automatic air deodorizer. The intuitive wireless remote control provides easy access to all functions, and four user memory settings allow personalized preferences. Hands-free automatic lid opening and closing, as well as automatic flush activation, enhance the convenience and hygienic experience.
This ADA-compliant toilet is designed with Universal Height for comfortable use across a range of users. The NEOREST NX2 comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in. We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.
That is one of the most impressive customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Problems happen, especially when third-party freight companies are involved. What separates great companies is how they respond when something goes wrong.

Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. Neal was refreshingly informative and even passed some bulk shipment savings on to us for the palletized arrival. Couldn't be happier!

I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.
Five stars.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
