TOTO Washlet S7 is the new flagship bidet seat from the global industry leading brand TOTO. Replacing the previous S500e model, the S7 comes with a facelift and a few added features. Available in round and elongated size, the TOTO S7 WASHLET comes in both Cotton White and Sedona Beige colors. The TOTO Washlet S7 is different from the S7A in that it lacks the automatic opening/closing seat and lid. They are otherwise identical.

Updated Design
The TOTO Washlet S7 comes in 2 lid designs, contemporary (SW4726) and classic (SW4724). Both come in Cotton White#01 or Sedona Beige#12. The contemporary lid design is more rounded and has a seamless look to match most modern toilet bowls. The classic lid has a beveled edge making it more in line with traditional styles. The round seat only comes with a traditional lid. At just 4.1" in rear height, the TOTO S7 is one of the slimmest bidet seats on the market today. A nice update on the Washlet S7 is that TOTO figured out a way to make the seat seamless. This eliminates the gap where dirt has a habit of collecting.
Updated Remote Control
The TOTO S7 remote control now utilizes a horizontal layout with larger main buttons. The main functional buttons in front are backlit for easier use at night. TOTO increased the number of User Pre-sets from 2 to 4. That’s a really nice update for families.

Instead of traditional toilet paper that can sometimes be rough and often ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button.
When paired with a compatible TOTO WASHLET+ toilet, the T20/T40 WASHLET+ is designed to conceal the WASHLET bidet seat's power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation.
The WASHLET features TOTO's technologically advanced EWATER+ system that mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean.
With the optional Auto Flush feature, there’s no need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush. The Auto Flush option is only available with WASHLET+ systems (kit sold separately).
WASHLET S7 is operated by an illuminated touch button remote with 4 unique user profiles to save each person's preferred settings. The WASHLET features 5 spray settings, heated seat, nightlight, and instantaneous water heating. The newly redesigned lid style resides flush with the toilet bowl, providing a streamline look and giving the impression of an integrated system.
The WASHLET reduces the need for toilet paper, saving trees and water used to manufacture each roll. Medical conditions, age, and debilitating illnesses can make using the bathroom without assistance almost impossible; but with a WASHLET, just the touch of a button can leave you feeling clean.

I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!

Pardon the pun, but I love my Toto. Everything was well packed and shipped, arrived right on time and installed without incident. I did have to route electrical to a convenient spot, but it was totally worth it. An excellent purchase overall.

I want to take time to share my experience with Neal, the owner of EverFlow Bidets. I was looking for a Toto toilet that is currently on back order and the remaining piece needed for my bathroom renovation. I had previously purchased the toilet but found out it would not be available to ship until late August. I called around frantically knowing this important detail would create a serious delay to my bathroom renovation. I called all the authorized vendors on the Toto website and had lost hope after all of them told me the same August date. Last call was to EverFlow, I almost hung up and then a friendly voice answered, it was Neal, the owner. I explained the situation and he immediately started to ask questions to figure out options for my dilemma. He asked me to take additional measurements and we concluded what was in stock wouldn’t work. I told Neal I had to provide a stellar review for his business, not because I found the elusive toilet, but because the experience was so honest and genuine I almost didn’t believe it was true.
