The TOTO® SP Wall-Hung Square Toilet with SW Bidet Seat and DuoFit® In-Wall 1.28 and 0.9 GPF Dual Auto Flush Tank System opens up bathroom space, delivering style and innovative performance. The unique square shape front bowl with corresponding slim SW electronic bidet seat adds a contemporary and clean look that transforms any bathroom into a modern paradise. The SW WASHLET is fully automated, featuring a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating or pulsating stream. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable, each with five settings. The controls are located on our updated wireless remote.
PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The wand is self-cleaning, automatically using TOTO's EWATER+ system before and after every use. The WASHLET features a heated SoftClose® seat with five temperature settings and an automatic air deodorizer for a more pleasant experience. The DuoFit® tank provides a WaterSense® certified dual-flush option with TOTO’s DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH, a hole-free rim design that generates a centrifugal, cyclonic rinsing action with the option of 0.9 or 1.28 gallons of water. The new Auto Flush kit provides a hands-free automatic flush after every use.
The skirted design of the SP bowl conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication. This wall-hung toilet bowl also features TOTO's CEFIONTECT® glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. This feature, coupled with the TORNADO FLUSH®, helps reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.
The DuoFit® harness allows you to select a mounting height of 15 to 19 inches, letting you establish a comfortable bowl height for a wide array of individuals. The in-wall unit can support up to 880 lbs when installed properly. The kit arrives ready to be installed within a 2” x 6” stud setting with a 2" x 6" polyethylene waste outlet. If you require installation within a 2” x 4” setting, you can purchase TOTO’s 2” x 4” PVC outlet kit (THU343).
Includes: SW WASHLET+ toilet bowl (CT449CFGT60), SW WASHLET+ with auto flush (SW4549AT60), DuoFit in-wall auto flush tank with copper supply (WT173MA), silver push plate (YT920), and mounting hardware. Compatible with T60 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat and toilet bowl components only.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
