The TOTO® SP Wall-Hung Square Toilet with SX Bidet Seat and DuoFit® In-Wall 1.28 and 0.9 GPF Dual-Flush Tank System opens up bathroom space, delivering style and innovative performance.
The unique square shape front bowl with corresponding slim SX electronic bidet seat adds a contemporary and clean look that transforms any bathroom into a modern paradise.
The SX WASHLET is fully automated, featuring a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating or pulsating stream. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable, each with five settings. The controls are located on a slim, wireless remote.
PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The wand is self-cleaning, using TOTO's EWATER+ system before and after every use. The WASHLET features a heated SoftClose® seat with five temperature settings.
The WASHLET features an automatic air deodorizer for a more pleasant experience. The DuoFit® tank provides a WaterSense® certified dual-flush option with TOTO’s DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH. A hole-free rim design that generates a centrifugal, cyclonic rinsing action with the option of 0.9 or 1.28 gallons of water.
The skirted design of the SP bowl conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication. This wall hung toilet bowl also features TOTO's CEFIONTECT® glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. This feature, coupled with the TORNADO FLUSH®, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.
The DuoFit® harness allows you to select a mounting height of 15 to 19 inches. This provides the opportunity for you to establish a comfortable bowl height for a wide array of individuals. The in-wall unit can support up to 880lbs when installed properly. The kit arrives ready to be installed within a 2” x 6” stud setting with a 2" x 6" polyethylene waste outlet. If you require installation within a 2” x 4” setting, you can purchase TOTO’s 2” x 4” PVC outlet kit (THU343).
Includes: SP WASHLET+ toilet bowl (CT449CFGT60), SX WASHLET+ (SW4049T60), DuoFit in-wall tank with copper supply (WT173M), silver push plate (YT920), and mounting hardware. Compatible with T60 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat and toilet bowl components only.

I want to take time to share my experience with Neal, the owner of EverFlow Bidets. I was looking for a Toto toilet that is currently on back order and the remaining piece needed for my bathroom renovation. I had previously purchased the toilet but found out it would not be available to ship until late August. I called around frantically knowing this important detail would create a serious delay to my bathroom renovation. I called all the authorized vendors on the Toto website and had lost hope after all of them told me the same August date. In the end, he charged me the stated price for the toilet, free shipping and only asked for my future business. I told Neal I had to provide a stellar review for his business, not because I found the elusive toilet, but because the experience was so honest and genuine I almost didn’t believe it was true. Neal, as the owner made time to see my request through. He didn’t have to, but he did and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. We only spoke on the phone but his energy was kind and pure. Please support this business. We accept so much from large corporations to the point we have collectively forgotten what it feels like to be valued as a customer. Neal reminded me how that feels, so glad I found EverFlow Bidets!

My wife and I rented a large cabin up north and they had the Toto washlets installed on their toilets. I was using the toilet and noticed a remote mounted on the wall. Well of course I started hitting buttons and realized I just entered a spa day for my bum!!!! I was quick to let the rest of the family know….Everyone was using it by the end of the weekend and now I’m looking to install a few at our home!
I've been using washlets in my home for 20 years. Recently, we decided to replace the oldest one and install one in an upstairs bathroom. I bought 2 BioBidet washlets on sale. Today was our day to overhaul the bathrooms and everyone was really happy. One bathroom got a new toilet and the washlet from the powder room. My bathroom and the powder room got BioBidet washlets. Everything looks so good and functions perfectly. Installation is easy. There are videos if the manual isn't for you. Once you use a washlet, you will not be going back.

Less than a week into our new Washlet S5 and we are pleased so far. We were very happy with the customer service from EverFlow Bidets. The seat was backordered and the owner called to discuss our options with us because of the backorder. I called the 1-800 number to check on the back order status and again spoke with the owner. It was shipped when expected based on the Toto update and arrived quickly once it was sent.
We received a broken bowl from Fed Ex and called to inform the company of this. No issues at all was replace immediately! Now I am loving my toilet with Bidet seat!!
